So you want to make money from home but you can’t work full time because you’re studying? Well, work is overrated anyways. I’m here to tell you the best ways you can make money as a student in 2024. what well be covering:
- selling on Etsy
- offering services from home
- reselling
- social media
- delivery services
1. Selling on Etsy
You don’t need any fancy skills to do this one. People will pay for about anything, from cards and planners to intricate artworks and clothing. If you know your way around digital products, designing products or cards, creating artworks, t-shirts or customising cups and candles, you can hop on this right now. Etsy is amazing for its extremely cheap start up fee. allowing you to experiment before you spend your money unnecessarily. If you want to know how to actually sell on Etsy, stay tuned for my next post on selling online.
2. Offering services from home
This one is much more cheaper and straightforward. if you’re a student and you don’t have much spare time to travel places to work, you can bring your work to home. People with lash businesses, nail businesses and even makeup artists make 6 figures just by offering their services at home. Not only are you making money, but you’re meeting new people, making connections and learning more about business and how to manage your own money.
3. Reselling
if you’re good at researching, this is for you. Reselling is the perfect way to make quick money in no time. You could resell anything, including but not limited to electronics, clothes, shoes and more. There are plenty of apps you can use for free as well that allow you to resell easily. The easiest being Facebook Marketplace but another good app being Poshmark. However, Poshmark is now only American based, so if you’re in America, check it out.
4.Social media
this one will definitely take time to build but it will make you quite a lot of money in the long run. Social media is a great way of experimenting and showcasing your skills, then turning it into a source of income. Especially if you’re a student, this will not take too much of your time and most people will find it enjoyable even.
5. Delivery services
This one is so underrated in my opinion. If you have a license and access to a car or even a bike, why are you not out delivering food in your spare time? Firstly, it’s so easy to sign up for delivery services and you don’t need to pay anything at all. great starts would be UberEats, Doordash and Menulog. If you enjoy talking to people you could do Uber itself and get to talk to new people while making some spare cash.
Making money isn’t hard. in today’s society there is so many ways of making a passive income, you just have to know where to look. As students it’s hard to have a full time job or work on huge business projects so these ways are easy and convenient. Good luck and follow for more helpful ideas.
